Sorauren Lofts

Sorauren Lofts is an intimate 2-storey hard-loft conversion developed by the Brown Group of Companies and completed in 2000, located at 347 Sorauren Avenue in Toronto’s historic Roncesvalles neighborhood. Originally operating as a century-old ball-bearing factory, this conversion contains 48 authentic live/work suites characterized by soaring wood-plank ceilings, massive sandblasted brick walls, and industrial-scale window frames directly across from Sorauren Park.
